1. As a laptop user, you will not always have access to an Internet connection. To ensure you back up whenever you can connect, choose the "Backup on connection to network" option, and set the "...if not backed up for X hours" to suite your preferences.
2. To automatically prompt for backup each time you shut down, and check "Prompt for backup each time Windows Exits".
3. To run a backup and then automatically shut down, right click on our system tray icon, then select "Run a backup, then exit Windows".
