Backup Email Alerts for Your PC

Online backups are the perfect automated solution for your PC. What if you have trouble with your backup system? Several factors can cause automated backups to stop, including:

  • Adding, upgrading or changing firewalls, which block software connections
  • Your internet connection goes down or your local network encounters problems
  • Your computer is turned off during scheduled backups

If your scheduled backups fail, our software stays open and displays an error message on the program’s home screen. However, it’s still important to be notified whenever something goes wrong in case the software’s message goes unnoticed by the user.

We send you an email alert if your account fails to connect to our data center. By default, you will receive notifications after 10 days, but you can easily change your notifications to be sent from 3 to 999 days. We also notify clients when they reach 95% or more of their selected capacity.
