If your skills match what we need in your area, we will post you on our internal partner site, FindItSupport.com. When onsite jobs are presented to us, we call or email you with the job specifics. Once we hand the lead over to you, you are responsible for all communication and billing with the client. Since we are strictly an online backup company, we want nothing to do with the onsite support that is sometimes required by our clients. Please note that these jobs come to us randomly and that this is not a full time position.
While it is not required that you have clients signed up with us before we send leads your way, it sure doesn't hurt. If we have multiple partners in a given area when an onsite is required, we obviously send it to the partner with the most activity with us and who has at least tried our free trial.

Seeking Onsite Computer Techs
Remote Data Backups, Inc. is seeking Onsite Technicians with at least 1 year of hands on IT experience to help provide onsite support to existing and potential clients (hard drive, motherboard, video crashes, etc.).
We have remote support staff to handle most software issues, but we need techs to physically go onsite to get our end-users' computers online first so we can access it. We serve over 200 Franchise brands and many are located in your area.
Qualified candidates must have or technical support and / or hands-on PC and Server repair / troubleshooting experience serving business clients.
General knowledge of Windows OS, Vista , Security, Firewalls, Network Administration, Troubleshooting, Outlook, SQL, Exchange, Tape Backup, etc. is a plus.
Must be presentable, professional and able to communicate with non-technical end-users.
Compensation
Billing will be done directly by you at the hourly rate you currently charge. Any future business between you and our clients will also be done directly by you and the end user.
Signing up as a Partner also qualifies you to earn 20-40% commission with yearly recurring residuals by selling our service to other potential clients and computers.
