We have remote support staff to handle most software issues, but we need techs to physically go onsite to get our end-users' computers online first so we can access it. Skills and Experience Required

• Qualified candidates must have or technical support and / or hands-on PC and Server repair / troubleshooting experience serving business clients.
• General knowledge of Windows OS, Vista , Security, Firewalls, Network Administration, Troubleshooting, Outlook, SQL, Exchange, Tape Backup, etc. is a plus.
• Must be presentable, professional and able to communicate with non-technical end-users.

Compensation

• Billing will be done directly by you at the hourly rate you currently charge. Any future business between you and our clients will also be done directly by you and the end user.
• Signing up as a Partner also qualifies you to earn 20-40% commission with yearly recurring residuals by selling our service to other potential clients and computers.
