Reinstall Your Account

 

Sometimes a reinstall is required if the RDBU Agent software becomes corrupted or is removed from your computer (i.e. you need to rebuild, or replace, your hard drive), you want to transfer your existing backup account to a new computer or perhaps your initial installation was not successful for some reason.

Please fill out our short reinstall contact form and we will give you a call. Having good contact and account information lets us get right through to you so we can get your backups running again as quickly as possible. If you just need the software, let us know and we will make a note to check later and be sure everything is working as it should.
