Origins of Remote
Data Backups
Prior to starting Remote Data Backups, CEO and
Founder Daniel M. Dugal received a
Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) from the
University of Wisconsin.
Upon moving to Fort Collins, Colorado,
Daniel Dugal started Computer Paramedics. He
quickly grew it into the largest onsite computer repair and networking company
in Colorado, setting the standard for fast, reliable and certified support.
For 4 1/2 years
the company also provided data recovery and disaster prevention consulting.
They witnessed the devastating consequences of data loss in business.
“You just
don't realize how important your data is until you lose it! Hard drives are not
built to last,” Daniel Dugal says.
“Never underestimate the power of
disgruntled employees to
quickly bring a company to its knees by deleting their data and backups! We've
seen it countless times.”
